Data Deletion Request

Coyot WaBI (“the Service”), operated by Coyot AI, lets you delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.

• Your user account and login credentials.
• Your organization profile and settings.
• Your connected WhatsApp Business Account records, including the encrypted Meta access token we stored on your behalf.
• Your imported contacts, message templates, campaigns, and message history held in the Service.

Note: message delivery is performed by Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, and Meta retains its own records under its policies. Deleting your Coyot WaBI data does not delete records held directly by Meta.

Email hellocoyot@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email and business name so we can verify the request.

We verify every request to protect your account, then permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

You can also revoke Coyot WaBI’s access to your Meta account at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Revoking access stops future data sharing; email us as above to delete data we already hold.
